Minutes to Disney parks! 4BR vacation home + private pool

Yury's description of the house is spot on. The fact that the house is in a gated community, gave us that extra layer of security. Everything in the house was clean and organized with lots of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. The heated pool was very relaxing with toys and life vest for the kids. Yury's response time was very quick and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back in the future. Thanks Yury!!!

Great house extremely responsive. We accidentally left my daughter‘s watch in the home and an hour after check out. I messaged him within minutes. He allowed me to come back to pick it up. This was so great and refreshing.

Terrific Time at Terra Verde resort
Villa was lovely and clean with plenty of tableware and cutlery.
Yury gave very clear instructions and was very responsive.
Super having the outside loungers with comfortable covers. Great outside dining seating aswell The pool was very welcoming and don't be put off by the discolouration in certain places as it just needs a re-spray.
We did also use the resort pool, Tiki bar and gym. It's a nice quiet resort in a good location.

Amazing place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Pool is great and plenty of room on the patio. It’s nice and private with privacy screens on the lanai sides. Only problem is I didn’t get to stay as long as I wanted. Had to get back to work.

It's obvious that Yury has put the effort into providing everything you need for a great stay. There's even a potty seat and step stool for our toddler. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yury’s amazing Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I booked, Yury was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The space itself was even better than the photos! It was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. I loved the private pool, which made it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare some meals during my stay. The location was ideal, situated close to a lot of nice restaurants and attraction Sites. I appreciated the local tips Yury provided, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I truly felt at home. I would definitely come back and stay here again! We found this place to be a perfect distance from the hustle to city living, but very convenient to Disney attractions and downtown Orlando. We stayed for volleyball nationals and then visited Universal Studios & Magic Kingdom. The house was perfect for 2 adults, 4 kids. The queen-sized bedroom was left unoccupied. We definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at Yury's home while taking a mini vacation. It was beautiful, fully stocked including a wide variety of coffee and tea. It was clean well put together. The pool was well lit, clean and also had floats in case you forgot yours. My favorite part was all the extra toys games and even an xbox. Having an autistic 11yr on vacation is not the easiest when you cant load a car with things to keep him occupied. With this house I didnt have to worry my son was well occupied. We would definitely stay again!

From the time of booking to departing the villa/resort all the administrative details were clear and concise. Yury the host made our trip smooth by ensuring we were well informed. The villa met all our needs, comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the temperature of the pool and a maintenance rep was swiftly deployed to investigate and things were resolved straight away. This place was perfect for the second half of our Disney-focused vacation when we just wanted to relax, play games, swim and hang out as a family. This is a beautiful, comfortable house with plenty of room. The area is super-safe and close to many amenities and attractions, including theme parks. Our host was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Very pleased with my choice and would highly recommend this airbnb.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 5 which included 3 young children. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We had everything we needed at the home, and the host even supplied us with a sound machine when we asked about one. The home was very clean too. We really appreciated how well stocked the home was- plenty of dishes including kids dishes, trash bags, towels, and other essentials. We would love to stay again!

The gated community made you feel safe. The place was as pictured and the extra cost for the heated pool was definitely worth it in the winter months. We had a small incident that Yury very quickly addressed and made right. He was a very responsive host which I always appreciate. We spent a week here with our toddler and it had everything we needed as he describes in the listing for our family. We would recommend as it’s close to all major attractions.

Great stay with a lot of space and accommodating for families. They have a pack n play, high chair, baby monitors-this was huge for us as we already had a lot to pack, traveling with a toddler. Optional pool heating and late checkout upon request. I also didn’t know how much I would appreciate staying in a gated community. Very close to all the Orlando parks. Responsive/friendly host to boot! 5 star stay :)

Great place with a wonderful pool and close to Disney. Most stocked place we've ever stayed with everything you might need to cook with, play in the pool, etc. Totally felt hosted and welcomed! Our stay at Yury’s home was absolutely amazing for our family of 6! The home was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. Yury’s villa was very reasonably priced and the area was just perfect. Close to all parks and other amenities. Lovely pool and even had the option for a little extra to heat. Plenty of space for all of us and I have to say Yury was extremely helpful and very prompt if we needed anything. Not that we did because everything was provided. The Villa is on a gated estate which provided an amazing clubhouse with pool and bar. Just perfect and I would highly recommend!!! Well worth super host status !!! Thank you Yury !

The home was just as described and very close to Disney and all of the parks. Yuri was an incredible host. My family and I drove down from NY and had some delays due to unforseen circumstances. We had some guests flying in that would be there hours before we would arrive so Yuri allowed them to check in early. He was very responsive and accommodated all of our needs and requests. I don't think I would be driving down again anytime soon but when I come back down to Florida I will definitely be staying at Yuri's place again.

Our group greatly enjoyed our time at Yury's place. We had no issues at all with getting to the place. Instructions were great. We were even bailed out a couple times with the surplus of staple items others left at the location. That was a perk and helped in a pinch.

We had a great time in Kissimmee. Close to Disney and Universal Studios. There are so many places to eat and things to do. property has a private pool and a club house with a larger pool and an arcade. Going through the security gate was easy, especially with the instructions from Yury. Perfect trip and accommodation. Will definitely do it again.

Wonderful Place to stay & Very Clean!!!
We had a blast in the pool after a long day at Disney.
The Kitchen was wonderful I’m a chef. So I always bring my tools with me and I didn’t have to use them once he has literally everything I would carry in the kitchen.
Last of all, it’s a good distance but not to far away from at the busy intersection. So you get a more relaxed feel.

Yury sent a welcome message upon our arrival. He told us if anything was wrong, let him know. We had questions that he answered quickly (less than an hour. Most times within 5 mins.) The property was beautiful. I have an 18" mattress at home, so one look at the bed and I thought I would never sleep. Welln that wasnt true at all. It was the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on and the other guests said the same. All- in- all, this was the best stay we have ever had. Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough good things about Yury's place! Our family vacationed here for a week while we visited Disney, Universal, and the Beach.

One of our children is wheelchair bound and the single level was a huge positive for us! The four bedrooms were perfect for our family of six! Our oldest was able to have his own room and then the younger siblings enjoyed having the other two bedrooms to themselves.

We tried to save money by eating in as much as possible. We utilized the kitchen several times. We made breakfast, lunch, and dinner during our stay. His place was well stocked with all the necessary items. I especially appreciated the tupperware that we were able to use to keep left overs and snacks in while at the parks.

The garage came with all we could need for the Beach! Umbrella, buckets, shovels, and games for the kids. We paid to heat the pool and it was well worth it.

I could say so much more but I've run out of characters! Lol We will definitely be back!

If you’re looking for a place within a resort this is a great place! Very spacious for my family and very peaceful. We did early check in and Yury was very responsive and helpful. I had a family emergency and Yury helped me and my family out while we were there! I do plan to stay again. Also having a private pool is such a nice touch.

I would like to share that this was a very good location. I have a large family; the house was near attractions, it had enough bed for our family. Love the host idea of not throwing away things that the next guest can use. I would say that the next time I stay here I would pay to heat pool; we didn’t think we needed but once the sun goes down it would of been useful. I would recommend this house

The house is AMAZING!!! It has everything you’ll ever need! The pool is private and relaxing! They have all the pool toys you need!! They also don’t mention the garage has a foseball table! And cars and other toys! All the bed are comfy and clean! Lots of pots and pans pantry is full of condiments and other cooking needs! The house is perfect for a family vacation! The resort style home has so many activities! Trust me this house is perfect!!!!

Yury was a great host, very responsive, and professional. His place was exactly what we were looking for to have a nice vacation with the kids and our extended family. The bedrooms and beds was just right for 5 adults and 2 kids. We loved having a pool as part of the property and we made good use of it. The kitchen had everything you needed for preparing meals, which was welcome compared to some some Airbnb's I've been. The location was very close to a Walmart, so we were able to stock up on what we needed for the week. The location was also great for us as we were able to visit Legoland, Kennedy Space Center, and Animal Kingdom, and it was in the middle of all 3. Best of all, our trip coincided with the launch of Artemis I rocket ship, and it went off as planned, and myself and the kids got to see it live. So,... will say that Yury's place carries some good luck as well!

Our stay in Yury's place was perfect from start to finish! We had everything we needed to cook our own meals and even have a beautiful Christmas dinner as a family. The gated community feels safe and we loved walking, scootering and rollerblading all around the neighbourhood. The clubhouse is fun offering a pool, hot tub, basketball court, volleyball court, sauna, movie theatre and arcade. Yury's house had fun to offer too with an Xbox, great TV channels and some games in the garage. It was nice that there were a few toys for the kids as well such as magnatiles. The pool was great and with the purchase of pool heat it stayed very warm even on cool nights. Probably the best part was how responsive Yury was. If we had a question he always responded very promptly. We felt welcomed and taken care of by Yury our entire trip. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at this Airbnb for three weeks, and it was the perfect family vacation home! It is fully equipped with pool floaties, toys and games, a stroller, high chair, and complimentary tea and coffee! We loved that there was so much privacy in the backyard, and enjoyed daily walks in the community. The amenities at the clubhouse were also a nice bonus! It was quite cool one of the weeks that we were there, so the main pool heater was turned off. In this case we reached out to the host to have the backyard pool heated, and it was well worth it once it reached temperature. The host was very quick to respond and to answer any questions that we had about the house. I would highly recommend this Airbnb, and would definitely return in the future!

If there was a start above 5 star I would. The place was well equipped and had a lot to accommodate kids and keep them busy and have fun as well. Yury also let us check in late without any extra fees. My family and I enjoyed the warm pool and everything. We stopped by and bought breakfast things only to get to Yury’s place to see everything there for us to use. Thank you thank you Yury. Will be glad to visit again. The best Airbnb I have visited with my kids so far.

The host was very prompt with responses. The house was in a nice and quiet gated community. The host and gate security were flexible with a stroller delivery I had. The house was clean and well stocked with basics that I anticipated purchasing such as toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, spices, etc. Overall great stay for my family of 7 close to all the Orlando parks like advertised.
