Information for Guests

Welcome to our Guests! We're glad you've chosen Terra Verde Resort as your vacation home away from home. Terra Verde Resort provides you with all you need for a relaxing yet exciting stay in the most magical place on earth! Please review our Guest Brochure which details resort rules including check-in procedure, gatehouse procedures, clubhouse and amenity hours, county and resort quiet times, parking procedures, trash procedures and more.

Gate & Check-In Procedure

The owner or representative of the property you reserved will provide you with an initial gate pass for day of your stay. Please present this documentation along with your government issued photo-ID to the front gate. Please proceed to the clubhouse and register your stay, all guests in your party and your vehicle information. You will be provided with current resort information. community policies and a Gate card(s) for each vehicle for the duration of your stay. A non refundable fee of $25 per card will be payable.

Concierge , Tickets, Sun shop 

Terra Verde Resort concierge is available to help with any questions about the area, things to do, attraction tickets and more. Visit our sun shop for a selection of essentials and pool gear. We're here to make your vacation as carefree and memorable as possible.

Enjoying Our Amenities

All guests and owners in Terra Verde Resort have access to all of the amenities free of charge. The clubhouse offers rental equipment for basketball, volleyball, mini-golf, shuffleboard, ping pong and tennis with a small cash deposit or photo ID held as collateral.  Fishing is allowed however the resort does not offer fishing equipment for use. Fishing is catch and release only.  The Terra Verde Tiki Bar and Grill, and games room do have additional costs.
