Stay at Disney Lillian House was Off the Charts!!! 5 STARS

After each of several long, hot days at the Disney Parks (the purpose of our visit) we found returning to this beautiful, spacious and most comfortable home was great. Accommodations for our family of 8 were perfect, and our stay was enjoyed by all. Aside from a very fair price and comfortable home, the benefits of the clubhouse, swimming pools and Tiki Bar were great and we very much took advantage of them. Equally as important to us were the open communications with the owner. Responses to our questions and a few requests were lightning quick and Kristine was very accommodating and always stayed in touch. Unfortunately, we left an important item behind when we departed, and Kristine contacted us quickly with an offer to express the item back to us. Would we stay here again? Absolutely yes. Even further, if we returned for another visit, we would check this property first, and would consider adjusting out travel dates just to get it.

Best Location for Orlando Vacation

I spent hours looking into renting a home and came across Disney Lillian House which immediately impressed me due to the space and affordability. The first time I came to Orlando I booked a hotel and was harassed about buying into timeshares. I even paid full price for my stay, no vacation package deal, just to avoid such as I had been warn by coworkers. However every time we came back to the hotel we would be approached or received a phone call regarding discount attraction tickets if we would attend a presentation, sounds familiar right! Disney Lillian House renewed my love for Orlando. The owners were a joy to do business with and made the process easy and hassle free. Once we arrived check in was a breeze and went exactly as instructions emailed from owners. The home was clean and well stocked with all the comforts of home. There was no fighting over the bedrooms as all four were beautiful and comfortable. Disney Lillian House has the best location on the resort as the back looks onto a lake and is walking distance to the outdoor grill for take out food and drinks on the days you want to stay in. Lets not forget about the location, we did not have enough time to take in all the things there are to do near this home. The owners were so kind to compile a book of local information to include things to do and see, discount tickets and emergency numbers. I highly recommend Medieval Times Live Dinner show which is also conveniently located near the rental home. There are several large indoor flea markets for T-Shirts and souvenirs for cheap shopping and a little gem called Old Town, a reminder of simple times and local fair grounds with rides and games. What trip would be complete without Universal and Disney? We chose Magic Kingdom for the parades and fireworks young and old can appreciate the childlike spirit it brings out of you. Another pleasant nearby surprise was Disney Springs about a half a mile of shops, restaurants and even a eat in movie theater. While you are there take in the Cirque due Soleil La Nouba live show it is a guaranteed crowd pleaser. My family only had five days for vacation but do yourself a favor and go for 1-2 weeks so that you can enjoy the wonderful pool right there at the home and take in the many things there are to do near this location. So if you are reading this review, as I read many before making my decision, don't look any further this home does not disappoint.

So Beautiful and Clean!

We very much enjoyed our time in Kristine's home! It was so beautiful and clean and wonderfully decorated! It felt very spacious with two separate living rooms and a gourmet kitchen and plenty of bathrooms and tvs to entertain! Our kids loved their rooms and the fact that it had a tv in there meant they could enjoy playing in their rooms a little longer while we had some time to our selves. (A luxury we don't have at home). My husband was a little warm during the evenings, so I think a fan in the master bedroom probably would've been perfect but the beds were so comfortable it wasn't too much of a complaint! We did run out of toilet paper a couple days into our trip, so I would just be prepared to get your own toiletries and you should be all set. It came with plenty of silverware dishes and cookware! There's a super Walmart about 5 minutes away which was great and about 15 min to Disney and outlets! We loved the pool and hot tub, there was plenty of sun to take in and the clubhouse was just behind the house, so you could hear their music if you were outside in the pool, but it was only very faint if you were inside the house. You can tell she takes great pride in her home and we so appreciate it! Kristine was super responsive and nice in every interaction! We def. will be recommending this home to our friends and family and plan a second trip in the near future! :-)

The Disney Lillian house was perfect for our family.

We had our family of four and grandma and grandpa staying in December. The house was set up perfectly for a vacation home! Very comfy living room. Loved the spacious dining area! We didn't get to play pool or any other games because my kids spotted the hot tub upon arrival. The house has a very cool pool table and gaming area.

The back porch was very nice to sit out in the morning and have a cup of coffee and chat over breakfast. At night we used the grill for steaks and sat out late and watched the kids swim. My boys would not get out of the hot tub!! They loved it and the pool.

We enjoyed our time at the Disney Lillian house in Florida. I recommend this home and we will travel back soon.

Magical All The Way Around!

This vacation home was absolutely amazing! For starters, Kristine was very responsive and helpful. She replied quickly to any questions we had.

The home was spotless when we walked in. Like, eat off the floor clean. I cleaned our house before we left and when we got home from this vacation I started cleaning again. Just sayin'.

The home was beautifully decorated, cozy and inviting. Our oldest daughter LOVED the bunk beds and both girls had so much fun in the game room and pool.

The resort staff at the gate were really prompt whenever we arrived. Someone took our trash to the street one day when we forgot. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Disney was amazing - the vacation was magical all the way around!

Wonderful Place to Vacation

A wonderful place to vacation , close to Disney yet a paradise away. We loved our stay here at Disney Lillian . It will not disappoint. What an awesome view from the pool deck and so close to the conveniences of the club house. A great layout for multiple families . The kitchen is well stocked and we so enjoyed the game room. Our teens were able to sleep in and the layout was beneficial for privacy . Our daughters Abbey and Anna , celebrated their 18th birthdays in style. Our two families really had a lovely time!

This Place is a Gem!

This place is a gem! Beautifully furnished home with all of the comforts of home! There is enough room to give everyone space. The clubhouse is steps away and provides lots of family friendly fun! Wonderful

Wonderful place to stay! The pictures are exactly what you get! Easy check in and wonderful accommodation. There was no dish soap and just one role of toilet paper in each bathroom so pack appropriately. Walmart is an easy 8 minute drive away. About an 18 minute drive to Epcot. Would stay again!

Beyond Amazing!!

Our stay at this property was beyond amazing. The house was extremely spacious, modern and clean. I have nothing bad to say about this house. The communication from Kristine from the time I booked until the time we arrived was excellent. Kristine made staying/renting this house so easy. I have stayed at other VRBO's and this one by far was the best. The house décor was updated and fresh. The pool area was great to sit and relax at and view the pond. The clubhouse was so close that we could go back and forth very easily. My kids loved using the clubhouses amenities. They played ping pong, shuffleboard, mini golf and used the hammocks. They even have a Tiki Bar with happy hour specials which my husband and I took advantage of. There is a nice walking path around the pond which we loved taking walks every morning. The game room in the garage was an added bonus and we played several rounds of pool. Upon arrival the gate guard was very informative on how to check in at the clubhouse and where are house was located.

I would definitely recommend this house for any large family or group staying around Disney. We felt safe in the gated community and Disney World was only about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Walmart, Publix and Walgreens were a 5 minute drive away. I was a little nervous about the salt water pool but if I didn't know it was salt water I would of never known. It was so mild and actually felt refreshing compared to chlorine pools. Next time we visit the Orlando area we will be booking this house again!

Great Experience!

We spent our Thanksgiving weekend at Terra Verde - Disney Lillian and had a great experience! The main living space is great for a large family! Plenty of space! The pool and hot tub are wonderful! We spent almost every night in the hot tub which was so peaceful as the community is quite. Great ambiance with the small lake behind as well. We spent a lot of time at the Disney Parks and it took 15-20min depending on traffic to get to each location which was perfect. Would definitely go again!

Disney Lillian House was Perfect!

Our recent stay at the Disney Lillian house was perfect! There were 9 of us total, 4 adults/5 children & we had more than enough space for everyone. This house is open, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with nearly everything you’ll need for your stay. After a full & exhausting day at Disney, both kids & adults thoroughly enjoyed the pool/hot tub and game room, we never heard one child say they were bored which truly screams volumes. Access to anything else you may need is only a short drive away, there was a Walmart only a mile away & a Publix not much further than that (along with other misc shopping options nearby). Our group was there on a Disney vacation & even that drive was tolerable, only 20-30min depending on traffic. Communication between myself & Kristine was incredible, I never had to wait endlessly for a response, every inquiry was answered within 30min or less, it’s quite clear they sincerely care about meeting every need of their renters. All 9 of us would stay here again in a heartbeat and of course highly recommend this house for your next trip, you will not be disappointed...not to mention you also have access to the clubhouse and all its amenities which is only a short walk away. Thank you Kristine for sharing this beautiful home and for providing us with such a comfortable stay.

Can't Speak Highly Enough...

The house was very clean and was exactly what we expected it to be from the pictures we found online. The hot tub was wonderful, and it was a little chilly outside so we did not use the pool so I can't comment on that. One little snafu during our stay, but the owner replied to my text immediately and was able to rectify the situation. We definitely plan on renting this house again, it was exactly what we needed for a getaway from the cold weather of the Midwest. We especially like the proximity to Disney resorts, restaurants and Disney Springs. We also liked the proximity to two Publix grocery stores and Oldtown Kissimmee, where we went for a spa day. I am a runner, and I enjoyed a run around the walking path circling the large pond. We felt very safe and secure at the house and in the gated community. This was especially important to us since it was five women staying in the house together. I can't speak highly enough of the cleanliness of the house, and the immediate communication from the owners.

Amazing and as Pictured!!

House was amazing and just as pictured. Located in n amazing little gated community. We stayed in a gated community before but our rental was so far from the main amenities of the club house we didn’t take any of it in. This one is located a arms length from the club house and it was lovely to change the scenery, take the kids to play in the park and the pool!

Hope to make it back. Kristine was always just an email away if we had any questions. House layout was perfect for the two families who shared the home, with plenty of space.

Can’t go wrong with this house, the renters, the community and it’s location.

Great week!

We had a great week here. We did another house in the Orlando area last year and though the location may have been slightly closer to Disney this was so much better. From answering all my questions to staying in touch after we reserved to keep us updated on check in policies, Kristine was awesome. We had two minor issues while we were there that did not need immediate attention but she immediately responded and took care of it. Just 8 miles to most of Disney. We thought it was a longer trip when we mapped it from home but it’s really very very close and the time just depending on how you hit the lights. Didn’t even need to get on the highway except to go to Universal. Years ago we spent way more on a tiny hotel room on Disney property and had to share the pool with screaming children and relaxed in a tiny room with two beds. For less, we got a lovely house to spread out in. A couple miles down the road there was every possible restaurant and shopping that we needed. It was so nice at the end of a hot day to come home and eat outside the crazy expensive park and then relax by our own pool. The clubhouse was like it’s own resort though we preferred our private pool. We were a family of four and each teen got their own room and it made it very relaxing to all be spread out. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

We especially enjoyed the pool. We stayed 2 nights at Lillian’s and moved to Disney world Swan hotel for extra magic hours. I wish I had just stayed here for the whole time.

Ecstatic upon Arrival!

Can’t begin to say how much we appreciate you sharing your home. This was one of the first homes we’ve stayed. My kiddos were ecstatic upon arrival. There’s so much to do they didn’t even want to leave to the parks. Needless to say it was awesome coming back from a long day and everyone having their own privacy especially us. Much, much better than a cramped up hotel room and so much more worth it. If your planning in having a whole experience with the park and stay this would definitely complete your vacation stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Just back from 2 weeks stay at Disney Lillian house villa and would highly recommend this villa as a holiday home for your Florida trip. We are a family of four with two teenagers and we’re so comfortable. The decor is beautiful and there is everything you could need at hand. Even having the clubhouse and tiki bar on doorstep was lovely for a drink and a bite to eat on an evening we did not want to go out to eat. Villa only a short drive from Disney and universal so was a perfect base for our holiday. The owner Kristine was lovely to communicate with regarding our booking and during our stay in the villa. Huge, Clean and Fully Equipped.

Disney Lillians House is a huge, clean and fully equipped house. The residence park is wonderful, people are friendly. The house is about 15 minutes from all the Disney resorts and parcs. Kristine responds very quickly. The private pool was great. We would certainly recommend a stay in this home.

You couldn’t ask for a better experience!!

My wife, 19 month old daughter, mother, 80 year old grandparents, and myself stayed for a week and had such a great time! The pool and hot tub were amazing! Basically every morning at 6am I was in the hot tub watching the sun come up over the resort lake. You couldn’t ask for a better experience than the Disney Lillian House. Any time I’ll be in the area this will be my first choice for a rental. Well, that’s until I buy my own place at the resort (we checked out some available properties online while we were there), that’s how great this place is! Gated community. Soooo spacious. Plenty of room for the group plus more. Club house with a theater room, arcade, zero entry pool, tiki bar with food, mini golf, I can go on... If you’re poking around and debating on which place to pick then stop looking now and click that book button. You won’t regret it a bit.

The place is spotless!

We have stayed in a lot of AirBnB's to date, and this was definitely one of our favourites! Plenty of space for our family of 7, the heated poo and hot tub were wonderful, we enjoyed the game room, and the place was spotless! It was about 15 minutes to Hollywood studios, and about 30 minutes to Universal Studios. Kristine was a wonderful host and we would certainly stay here again!

A very nice house

Planned a Disney vacation here. Unfortunately no Disney but glad we went. There were 7 of us but it was all about the Grandkids 5/8! Pool/ Pool/Pool. Resort was quite so we had the clubhouse pool, 1 minute walk, to ourselves, most days 9-1. Took advantage of all the house features. Great game room, charcoal Griill (used 4 times). Kitchen had everything we needed and nice Big Washers & Dryers! House is close to main roads with all kinds of shopping and restaurant. Resort is well maintained and very quite at night

Such a lovely home

Really such a lovely home. we stayed for 5 nights and by the end wish we had booked for longer. the pool was heated upon request, Kristine stayed in communication for every little question I had about pool and A/C, etc. she was never bothered by my questions. The home is welcoming, well decorated, spacious, and has loads of entertainment options for days in, the clubhouse on premise is also welcoming, clean, and has food and drink options. We can't wait to go back, I'd recommend this stay over and over again.

Location is Great

Having stayed in other Terra Verde villas, it certainly is a plus to be next to the clubhouse. The villa was clean and maintained well, and correspondence with the owner was quick and easy. If you are looking for a place in Terra Verde, you won't have any regrets staying here. (I also appreciated the pool table being level, that's the first villa I have stayed in where it actually was level).

Lillian House was perfect! It was clean and had everything one could have needed for a fun relaxing stay. The private pool had a gorgeous view that overlooked the pond and at sunset was breathtaking. The house was well stocked with many dishes, utensil and kitchen appliances, that we were surprised to have so many for our stay. Besides the usual like coffee pot and toaster, there was a blender, an electric griddle, and even Tupperware to store leftovers. Every bathroom had plenty of towels and its own hairdryer. The host Kristine was wonderful and very prompt at getting back to us with any questions we may have had. I could not recommend this host or Lillian House more. I plan to come back again!

Spring Break!

The property was very clean. I loved the decorations and having the lake right behind the house. The only thing I would improve about the house would be the refrigerator, the lights didn’t work in it and the shelves on on the door were broken and the refrigerator needed to be cooler. The last 2 days we were the the pool became very foggy and had a green tint. My overall experience was great and we would love to stay again.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We spent most of our vacation at the house enjoying the pool with the view of the lake. It was great being so close to the clubhouse. The kids enjoyed the use of the rec room every night. We will hopefully be back again next year!

Great Home

We stayed for 3 days and I would definitely book again. I had no issues, no reason to contact the host so I can’t comment on that but the house was great the pool was warm. It rained our entire stay but was able to enjoy the pool in between rain showers. Since it rained so much, worms actually came into the garage (game room). the food at the tiki bar was also great. There is Publix and Walmart close by so very convenient.

Family Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children for a family vacation. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Check in/out was easy. Wi-fi worked great for online schooling for 2 kids. Location is great-very close to parks, restaurants, and shopping. Kristine is wonderful-easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions, issues, or concerns. Cozy, fun and spacious

The house was perfect for two families with 4 total kids with room to spare. There were a few issues that the host took care of right away. The pool was such a hit with the kids and with the pool table, clubhouse pool and other activities you really don't have to leave to have fun! We would come back to the Disney Lillian House!

Home away from Home

We enjoyed our stay immensely! So much so we didn’t want to return to Ohio, and would’ve stayed another week. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfortable! Really appreciated the abundance of beach towels for the pool. The little touches of card games, puzzles and streaming tv for rainy days made it really feel like home. The owner’s instructions were straightforward and easy to follow for a laidback, enjoyable stay! We can’t wait to receive our souvenir cups when another shipment arrives!

Epic Family Vacation!

The house was an excellent choice for my family. My grandchildren enjoyed the private pool almost as much as the Disney parks! The house was so spacious and relaxing, and the view of the lake and the ducks that visited every day were charming. My only suggestion is that there should be a handrail for the pool and hot tub to make access a bit easier. I would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a quality place to stay in Florida that is very close to the major attractions.

Wonderful Experience

This house is as advertised. Safe environment and just a lovely home to spend with family. My young granddaughters and their parents enjoyed going to A different adventure or park almost everyday and then coming back to house to relax and swim. Highly Recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Kristine's home. Was very clean, with plenty of everything we needed. The roses were a lovely welcoming touch. We especially loved the walking path around the pond. Spend many mornings walking and talking. Thankfully, it was sunny and warmer for us folks from PA. Was close enough to Orlando for the International Builders' Show, but also far enough away and much better than a hotel. Would highly recommend.

Good Choice for Disney Vacation

Everything was as advertised. Disney was 15 minutes away on a busy day (use the WAZE app for best route). The personal pool was nice and warm on our one cool night and really a nice amenity for the kids. We caught and released some bass in the pond. We had a small glitch with the internet and emailed the property manager who immediately replied, arranged for the problem to be fixed and followed up. The kitchen was nicely set with porcelain and plastic plates and plenty of cookware.

Just what we needed!

We were so happy with this property! It was just what we were looking for! Four adults and two teenagers (two families) had plenty of room and their own space in this well-equipped home. The home was comfortable and lacked for nothing. Clean, inviting, and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We spent most of our time on the lani enjoying those amenities. The communication from the owners were fantastic and very prompt when questions were asked. This whole process went very smoothly and we would definitely stay with them again! Nothing Short of AMAZING!

My family and I had an awesome vacation at the Disney Lillian House! The house was immaculate, my children lived in the pool the entire week, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lake view and beautiful pool lights during evening soaks in the hot tub. The home is inviting, cozy yet contemporary and offered plenty of space for us all. There’s also a game room which was a complete hit with my children and my husband. Kristine & Craig were great hosts as the communication was spot on. We definitely plan on making Disney Lillian our new Orlando Home away from home.

Great Hideaway!

This property was just what we needed! This was our first time doing Disney and it was great to have this space to ourselves after a long day of crowds and parks. One of my kids’ favorite nights was coming back to do a night swim in the lit up pool. So nice to have space to spread out. Rooms were well equipped with towels and bedding. Perfect location if going to parks with a 20-30 minute drive to Orlando airport, Universal Studios, SeaWorld or Disney. Beautiful home with pool, hot tub and comfy beds. Nice walking path around gated community. We didn’t want to leave! Kristine was incredibly responsive but we didn’t really have any problems. We’d recommend this place to anyone.

This Disney House is perfect in every way! Beautiful gated community and beautiful home! Fantastic location: close to MCO airport, shopping, restaurants, Disney and other attractions. Great location within the community to the clubhouse. Home very comfortable with everything as advertised. Enjoyed both private and community pool, walks around the lake, grilling out and eating by the pool and all the amenities Terre Verde Resort offers. Our granddaughter had fun at the Easter egg hunt at the community center-nice surprise and the homeowner took the time to make sure we knew about it! The security and community center staff are all so friendly and efficient. Check in and out easy. Response from owner quick if you have any questions! If you’re looking to rent near Disney, don’t look any further!!

Amazing Home for our Family!

Perfect Vacation home

My family has been staying at different homes at the Terra Verde resort for the last few years and Kristine’s home is by far the best. It is in the perfect location with a great view of the pond. The proximity to the main pool/tiki bar is another huge advantage. The home is well stocked with everything you need. I could not recommend it enough.

Magical Orlando Family Vacation.

We had the most wonderful time staying at the Disney Lillian House. From the moment we walked in through the front door we felt relaxed. Our daughter and her family spent four memorable weeks here with us. The house is large and decorated in classic colours. There was everything we needed for our stay, even a tea pot for an avid tea drinker. The salt water pool and spa were perfect after busy hot days at the park. We spent so much time in the pool with the children and on our own, after they had gone to bed, with the pool lights on. The view of the lake from the pool area is spectacular both day and night and the ducks were a constant source of amusement along with all the other wildlife. We only used the community pool and tiki bar a couple of times but the area is well managed and beautifully clean. The children loved playing hide n seek in the rooms of the house. Games room was used more for laundry than anything else as during our visit the weather was so very hot. The a/c provided much needed relief from the heat. From start to end of our stay we could not have wished for more. Kristine was always available to deal with our messages and queries so we never had to stress about anything. Thank you for our new memories and we definitely hope to return one day to make more at this house that became a home in our hearts.

Spectacular

We stayed at the house in October 2023 (4 adults and 2 children). The house is spectacular, located in a gated community that provides security. There are 4 excellent bedrooms, great bedding, and plenty of towels. The house is very well equipped, with a game room and a heated SPA pool. I highly recommend it. The hosts were always punctual in their service.

Everything Was Perfect~!

We absolutely loved staying here! Everything was perfect! The house was spacious and extremely clean! There was so much to do! Having teenagers let the kids hang out at the clubhouse where they could swim, play mini golf, basketball ect.. and we could see them from the house! None of us wanted to leave! We couldn't have picked a better villa!

We returned home last week after our first time staying in a villa and we couldn't have picked a better villa. The house Is beautiful, So clean and very modern. It has everything you would need for your stay in a fantastic location. The owners are brilliant to deal with and they have a fantastic management company on hand to deal with any problems as soon as they occur. The pool area is magic and a great place for socialising and the girls loved the pool and hot tub. We will hopefully be back soon x

Fantastic Home from Home!

Just back from 2 weeks in Florida,, stayed at the lovely “Disney Lillian House” Fantastic home from home,, clean, beautifully presented with everything you could want, There was many communal things in the resort but to be honest the Villia was so good we never used any of the resort pools or clubs!!

The pool is wonderful,, the villia was wonderful and the owners even got it touch when hurricane Michael was on the prowl to the west of us to let us know everything was going to be alright,,, highly recommended,, Hope to be back in the near future!

Best time and Fav Vacation Place!

From the time that we booked our vacation to Disney Lillian House, hands down was the easiest and most seamless transaction working with Kristine. She was informative, and accommodating to every question I had.... from tickets to the amusement parks to where the nearest grocery store is located. I am rating Disney Lillian House 5!! . Location, location, LOCATION...down to the beautiful decor to the cleanliness to the comfort of this amazing vacation home. YOU ARE LITERALLY WOWED when you walk in. Game room to the left with a pool table, flat screen tv and fuse ball. The kids had a blast!!!! Then a beautiful sitting area to the next formal dining room. The house is stunning...AND CLEAN!!!!! This tops our last vacation when we stayed on Disney property. Why? Our family of 5 had their own beautiful bedroom, bathroom with flatscreen tvs. We had a gourmet kitchen to prepare meals and entertain guests. We had our own open bar that was stocked with wine glasses. You have your very own pool and hot tub. The location of this property trumps the others as Disney Lillian rests and is located near the community pool, but has a non obstructive view of the Terre Verde lake. Perfect and beautiful location. Not to mention my oldest son and husband fished every night catching 4 lb award winning bass. Memories that will last a lifetime!!! Our family had the best time and this is our favorite vacation yet due to this awesome home. Honestly, I don't know if anything can top this beautiful and comfortable home. Classy and so fun!

Kristine was very helpful with all our queries, a very professional service which we highly recommend. It is perfectly located close to the US 192 and Disney World, the resort is very well maintained with lots of communal amenities which are a stones throw from Disney Lillian House. The house is in a perfect spot, just a minute walk from the clubhouse, the house decor is classy, relaxed, but also fun. Each room has its own atmosphere, and not forgetting the games room, I love this room, it's like a bar without drinks, excellent theming. Every need is catered for, whether you want to relax in the hot tub after a busy day in the parks, or spend a rainy day playing foozeball or pool in the games room, and it's just 5 minutes drive from a huge Wal mart.

By Far the Best

Will just start by saying our family has rented several houses while on vacation, especially around Disney and the Disney Lillian House is by far the best house and location we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. The owners are so pleasant to deal with. They truly want you to get the most out of your stay. The home is very well stocked with amenities that most rentals don’t include or just include the minimal of. You are steps away from the clubhouse while still having privacy and a phenomenal view of the lake. The staff at the clubhouse are friendly and accommodating. The kids loved movie night at the clubhouse theater and we enjoyed walking to the fitness center each morning. You’ll be 20 minutes to the WDW parks and the community is gated with 24-hour manned security. We didn’t use the clubhouse pool because Disney Lillian House has a HEATED SALT WATER POOL & SPA! Salt water pools are extremely rare in our experience and just as rare is the fact that the owners do not charge the extra $30-40 per day the majority of others do to heat the pool and spa. It’s not cheap to run heat to a pool and spa 24-hours per day, 365 days per year so you really have to understand what a major value this is to have included when comparing costs of other properties. And, was so nice to not worry about the chlorine damage to the kiddo’s hair and were able to leave the special swimmer’s shampoo at home. We spent so much time in the pool that we didn’t get to enjoy the game room that much. However, in the past, every rental game room we’ve had was too hot to enjoy. Not this one. The Disney Lillian House game room is awesome and they take extra measures to ensure it’s at a very comfortable temperature (thermal blankets, ceiling fans, etc.). It really feels like it’s own space. The pool table is beautiful and professionally leveled. Once the kids were asleep it was really nice to relax and unwind in the hot tub. We got to reconnect as a family and it was a vacation we’ll never forget. If you’re thinking about booking this property and are lucky enough to find your dates available, jump on it!

Wonderful Experience

It was a wonderful experience. The DLH has the best location in the Terra Verde Resort. If you want to mingle at a party atmosphere, you can walk a few steps to the Resort and Tiki Bar. If you want to enjoy more privacy, relax at your own pool and spa. It is the best of both worlds. Kristine was very quick to answer any questions I had. We are returning next year. Your entire family will love it.

Five Stars - Clean and Updated

This was our second stay at Disney Lillian House. Enjoyed it as much as the first time. Nothing to complain about, everything was as it should be. Clean place, kept up-to-date. If you are a clubhouse user, its proximity to the clubhouse and pool area is a definite plus. We did have one issue with the A/C, but called Kristine on a late Thursday afternoon, and the repairman was out the next morning and had it fixed. If I could, I would also thank Kristine for the beautiful weather we had...mid 80's and sunny...but not sure how much she had to do with that part. :-)
