Beautiful 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Resort Townhouse w/ Private Pool Close to Disney!

Our villa townhouse is a beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom, air conditioned luxury townhouse with its own private pool located within the gated Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee, FL. It is located just 15-25 minutes from all the fun and adventure at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, Sea World and the Orlando Eye.

The townhouse has a first floor Queen bedroom and full bathroom. The Primary bedroom is located upstairs with a King bed and en-suite bathroom. There is an additional Queen bedroom, as well as, a bedroom with (2) Twin beds located on the second floor; these two bedrooms share a full bathroom off the upstairs hallway.

The townhouse can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The living area is bright and open with family room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Flat screen TVs are located in the family room and in each of the four bedrooms. 

The townhouse has a private pool with walk-in steps, seating ledge and child safety fence.  Pool heat is recommended for use from November through March, for an additional fee. There is also outdoor seating in the screen enclosed pool area.

The townhouse also has the benefit of FREE WiFi internet access for the enjoyment of our guests and FREE local and long distance calls to U.S. and Canada.
