Estoppel Requests

An estoppel will be issued for both the Terra Verde Resort Master Association and the Terra Verde Resort Neighborhood Association, which will be either a Manors or Villas property. Estoppels will be provided within 10 business days after the request and information form are received, for a fee of $299 per association.  A fee of $119 per association will be added to all expedited (rush) requests and will be provided within 3 business days after the request is received. An additional fee of $179 per association will be added for delinquent accounts.  If the seller is in collections, we will contact you with the association attorney's information.
