Estoppel Requests

An estoppel will be issued for both the Terra Verde Resort Master Association and the Terra Verde Resort Neighborhood Association, which will be either a Manors or Villas property. Estoppels will be provided within 10 business days after the request and information form are received, for a fee of $299 per association.  A fee of $119 per association will be added to all expedited (rush) requests and will be provided within 3 business days after the request is received. An additional fee of $179 per association will be added for delinquent accounts.  If the seller is in collections, we will contact you with the association attorney's information.  If you have any questions, please email estoppel@terraverderesort.net
